SoulmateChart sells digital synastry reports. Because reports are generated instantly and viewed online, refunds are limited.

• If a technical error prevented delivery of your paid report, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
• Once a full report has been successfully generated and viewed, purchases are generally non-refundable.
